The Scarpa Phantom 6000 HD is the warmest, lightest and most technical high-altitude performance boot on the market.

Intended for extreme mountaineering, with a low profile design and a focus on fast, agile walking and technical ice climbing. This is the warmest, lightest, and most technical high-altitude mountain boot around, featuring new-generation technologies while maintaining high-performance standards through sustainable materials. It is ideal for harsh Scottish winters, alpine-style winter ascents in the Alps, mountains in Alaska and South America, all the way up to technical expeditions in the Himalayas.

The first noticeable improvement is the double boot, packed full of both Primaloft® Black & Primaloft® Gold Eco insulations for outstanding warmth, combine this with an Ortholite/Aerogel footbed for added comfort, as well as a super thin but tough layer of aluminium foil to boost the warmth even further by keeping the heat and reflecting the cold out.

The gaiter has been redesigned and is made of three materials to provide durability, stretch, and comfort. Elasticated S-Tech is used on pressure points like the foot instep and backward area, while the outer fabric is a combination of super-tough Nylon and Kevlar. Schoeller® fabric has been added to strengthen the material's durability without sacrificing comfort or weight. The tough outer fabrics provide high abrasion resistance and all-around durability.

The sole unit has been replaced with a full Vibram sole unit for superior durability on mixed terrain, meaning the boots will go further, for longer.

HDry® - ensures that the boots are built to the highest level of waterproofness, breathability, and insulation. Rain and cold are blocked on the boot's outer surface, and a large volume of dry air is kept in so your feet stay warm and comfortable. The ultra-thin waterproof membrane and unique lamination method ensure a precise fit and keep your boots dry and light throughout.

Added Safety - The latest Phantom 6000 HD now comes with Recco® advanced rescue technology that allows you to be searchable if you were to come into difficulties in the mountains. Discreetly inbuilt, the Recco® reflectors require no power and are used worldwide by rescue professionals.
